Light & Darkness, Day & Night

Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

The first thing God did was, to give something of Himself. He said “let there be light.” He called the Light good and made separation between Light and Darkness. Before anything good, alive, YHWH had to give Himself, Light. He is Light, the Life-giving force. He turned the curse of utter darkness, into light.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

2Co 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Joh 12:35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you:
for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

Joh 12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth
on a tree:
Gal 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit
through faith.

Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

God’s way is turning darkness into light and night into day. We read about this in verse 5. It was evening and morning, the first day, not morning and evening, the first day. God is trying to teach us, that He turns darkness into light, sickness into healing, curse into blessing. The way of the world is everything going backwards, from good to bad etc. Even our youth can be restored according to Psalm 103. He turns our mourning into dancing. The world/satan’s economy is just the opposite. He came to destroy, steal and murder.

Dan 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Joh 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it
more abundantly.

Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous
still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Let the Light of God shine on you in this new year and drive out everything that is not from Him. May your mourning turn into dancing, your losses into prosperity, your sickness into health, your sorrow into joy, every negativity into shalom as the Light of God shine on you and you live according to His economy, ‘night to day.’
